I found this business in the yellow pages after my laptop developed a virus and I was desperate to get it cleaned. I called them just before noon and they were at my house by 1 pm the same day. The technician was thorough, took the time to explain what the problem was and how he was going to correct it and then took care of the problem. He also was able to speed up a desktop computer during his visit----all in just over two hours. I found the rates reasonable for the quality of the technician.

These guys are great! They built me a new computer but used my old case, optical drives and video card. This saved me a lot of money and allowed me to afford a much more powerful computer. They explained my options and took their time with me. Would a big box store do that? Definitely not. East Coast Computers is the only computer store for me from now on.

It was suggested I get computer checked for Key Loggers and such. I asked a couple friends who to take my computer to and East Coast Computers was suggested. I called and spoke to Lacey who told me what they would be do and what the procedure would be if "nasty" things were found on my computer. I brought it to them noon that day and picked it up the next day at 5PM. Nothing seriously wrong was found. Lacey made some changes to my security software and cleaned up the startup process. He answered all my questions and made suggestions. All done at a very reasonable cost. He said call if I had any further questions. Top notch in my opinion!

I was having a problem with my computer. They diagnosed and let me know the problem within five minutes. They were knowledgeable and took care of the problem very fast. I would recommend them to anyone. Oh! The price is very reasonable.

The staff was knowledgeable and took care of my problem extremely fast. They beat out Best Buy by 100 times in my opinion when it came to service and turnaround time.

Took my computer to the store for check up and a problem I was having with AOL Well had a very nice tech "Lacy" He worked with me for almost an hour and added and unchecked programs that were not necessary and explained everything along they way. He was so polite and showed much comcern I would have no problem using them again They also come to your house

I am not a computer geek, but these guys are. They have a diagnostic test they perform and then they call you with the results and recommendations. Everything is explained so you understand it. The diagnostic for me was $65.00. They did their magic and I took my computer home. It soon went berserk and I took it back. They asked me to describe what happened and I did the best I could. A half hour later, I left with my computer. Works just fine now. Many THANX to ECC.

I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs help fixing their computer. I brought my laptop in and they got right to it. They called each day to let me know what was going on and keep me informed. I got my computer back running good as ever and now i am thinking of bringing my desktop in to get it looked at as well.

The technicians first took my computer to their shop and ran tests for two days then came to my home and checked all my equipment and setup connections. The tech was polite and patient with all my questions My computer now runs like new and at a price that is about a third of what other had quoted me. I highly recommend this company.

We were so pleased to find someone that could actually come to our house instead of us having to carry our heavy tower down the stairs, etc.. Our issues were resolved 1-2-3 and we were very happy with the price - less than previous computer businesses. Most important of all - everything was resolved the first time unlike our previous experience with other companies. Ron cleaned up our computer and it is super fast - like new! He resolved our probem wth Live Mail 2011 - installed icon to defrag (we did not know why we could not defrag since we always had done so on 3 other computers) and even resolved a problem my husband was having in downloading from the computer to his iphone. He also resolved an issue that we did not understand - hardwire vs. wireless. We had both on the computer and we should have had only one.
