I have taken my laptop several times to East Coast Computers over the last few years. The staff are very professional and helpful. They have been able to solve all of the problems that I have had with the laptop, sometimes just in the free checkup. I highly recommend them.

These guys are superstars. Recently I had a problem with my outlook and went to a website I thought was Outlook. This led me to a help line number. I called and they said they could fix the problem by taking remote control of my computer. They fried it. I lost valuable data and they could not recoup it. It was at this point that I learned this was not really outlook but a phishing site. They charged me $150.00. I called East Coast which I have used for years. In a panic, I prayed they could recoup my data. I did have a backup but we were unable to pull all of the data from the backup. They were able to recoup all of my data and restore the programs the other company had completely wiped from my computer. East Coast is the best. Before you think about calling one of those tech help numbers, save yourself a lot a grief and just call East Coast Computers First! They always come through!

Oh my, am I a happy camper! After dealing with a computer that started freezing up on me three months ago and after having a tech at a large office retail store "fix" it at a cost of over $100, my computer is finally working properly, thanks to East Coast Computers. They were recommended to me by a friend. After being bitten once, I was hesitant about calling someone else but finally did. The ECC tech came to my home and it didn't take him very long to realize that my hard drive was ready to crash. He did have to take the computer back to the shop but it was returned to me in less than 24 hours with a new hard drive, all cleaned up and ready to go. The tech was very professional, very knowledgeable, has a great personality and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

This time there was no saving the computer with its age.They helped me decide on what I needed in a new computer and was able to retrieve all my info off old set and have it in the new one when promised. This is a great bunch of guys to work with. On my latest visit I took in my broken digital photo viewer and they were able to download all 188 photos to a disk in about 5 minutes. The viewer is toast but pictures that go back 40 years are safe. They get all my business.

East Coast Computer is my favorite business. I am a military wife, so i went on base to have my computer screen repair and was told it will cost me more to repair than to buy a new one, also they told me that my deposit was non refundable. I went to East Coast and they went above and beyond to find the screen; they repaired it without charging me for labor and diagnostic, because of my bad experience . They are honest and trust worthy I have never met any business person this awesome. I will recommend they anytime.

I bought a used Dell Lattitude 600, laptop from them 7 years ago and it was a very good price and ran quite well for along time it wasnt until 5 yrs later it needed to be serviced.U can be sure you are dealing with quality people.

Outstanding service! I dropped off computer Friday afternoon and picked it up Saturday. Upgraded motherboard and CPU chip. Very knowledgeable tech's. Answered all my questions. They even stayed an hour and a half past closing to finish as promised! I have found a new service location and will be back!

I took a lap top over to the gents on Friday with some major problems. But after they cleaned it out, cleared a virus or two and killed one of two conflicting Java programs my computer now runs like I just pulled it out of the box. There are not enough words, to describe how GREAT this business is !!! From the day I walked in I was treated with patience and a very helpful attitude. Lacy did a great job on my computer and took the time to explain everything to me about it , what programs to use, what to do if something happens, etc.... Their prices are also very reasonable. I am new to the VA beach, so finding a realiable computer repair shop was very important to me. I think that Lacy really deserves a raise !!!!
