Wanted to buy a power supply to repair my son's PC. Lacy gave me a free diagnostic to make sure that was the only issue. I've had several repairs done here. They are fair and above board, letting you know the problems and projected costs. My latest experience with Mr.Hill saved me money and taught me a bit about identifying failed MB components. Kudos Lacy!

I took my Sony VAIO laptop to a computer tech center with a black screen and just have the pointer on the screen.The tech did a wipe and reload OS with data rescue.He said that virus corrupted the system and charge me $199.00.I pickup my computer on 29 Jan 2015 and the following day my laptop got the same problem as before. I took it back on 30 Jan 2015 and want to charge me another $199.00. I took my laptop to EAST COAST COMPUTERS fix the problem in a very short time (30 minutes)and charge me $25.00. So If you have a computer problem take it to EAST COAST COMPUTERS. I will recommend them to everybody with computer problem and they are very nice to give you some pointers about preventing viruses and malwares

I Went to East Coast Computers to purchase a new computer system It has been a long while since I have built my own.The Techs on site were very helpful in updating me on the new equipment / parts available for high end computers. Lacy Hill the Technician and his Manager both assisted me in picking out each and every item I needed for building a system for my personal and business use. After spending at least 2 hours with me Building my system on paper to make sure I was getting everything I needed We discussed if I would build it from there or just allow them to complete the process for me. Lacy went ahead and built my system in a very fast and timely manner - When I stopped back by to check up on the system a day early - it was already built and tested - Lacy included everything we talked about on the system ahead of time - pre-tested all the software and updated all the software and patches for me so all I had to do was set it up and get to having fun. As a small business owner I do not have an "in-house" IT person.....but I feel that I do now! I cannot recommend Ron Concepcion from East Coast Computers highly enough. He is so patient and explains things in layman terms (sometimes more than once for us slow learners) and answered all my questions. He didn't leave my office until he was sure that everything worked and even offered suggestions on how to improve my computer system. I will certainly be recommending this company to other business owners and my friends.

Lacy Hill really knows what he is doing!!! He was courteous, kind and oh so fast. He had my lap top problems analyzed, fixed and back to me in a few hours. He called a couple of his other Tech Buddies, looking for mouse & keyboard for my Old desktop Compaq Presario. Nobody had it.
