South Side Auto Sales

My family has bought from Chuck for years and will continue to do so. Its nice not to be judged for my bad credit and have someone give us a chance.

I bought a 2000 Chevy Venture from a car lot, Southside Auto Sales in Soddy Daisy, TN three weeks ago. The sales man told me it would be a great car for me and my 2 small children. The car broke down 4 days ago and a licensed mechanic has determined it has a blown motor and that they suspected an additive had been used to ""patch"" the engine to get it sold. I called the car lot to explain the situation to them. They immediately became defensive, told me the car was ""AS IS"", and there was nothing they could do. I asked them if it was their standard practice to take advantage of people and the owner told me that I was being rude and that they didn't have to tell me anything other than ""AS IS"" and that I drove it twice before I bought it and bought it anyways. I told him that I would spread the word about his horrible car lot and he called me a ""Fat F***in' B***h"" and hung up the phone. After googling this business I find that this IS their common practice and it's been happening for years. Why is this place still in business?

I got a 97 dodge mini van almost a year ago with 67,000 No prob. with any thing but a factory defalt with belt pully...It now has 105,000.

when ever u stop and look at vehicles they come at u like a shark that just found dinner. they dont have good prices, inventory is short, and they never asnwer they question u ask. not good for business

I dont recommend this store. Dont even bother driving by, they are rude, and sell lackluster vehicles...ugh is the only word to describe them...just...ugh
