      I struggled so long with other yoga studios out there, I was looking for a place that can cater to my agenda and this place really have the best policies out there, that is why there are a lot of people going in here, particularly on the weekend.

      I definitely love this place because of the peace that I get from learning and enlightening my body from here. This place is really one of the finest when it comes to Yoga.

Please read carefully our class descriptions and schedule and take as many classes as you want. YOGAMATRIX STUDIO now offers more than twenty different yoga classes per week in the Orlando area. In Yoga "an ounce of practice is worth several tons of theory." The benefits of Yoga are cumulative ; with practice they increase exponentially.
