If I can give them a half star I would! Only because the girls there were nice....TODD on the other hand is the biggest PRICK I have ever met! Sadly, he is the Manager!! I went to sell a bracelet... because he did not like my questioning his gold buy back price he got rude and nasty and offered me the lowest buy back price $12.50 a gram! Clearly, gold is more than that and it was currently $25 a gram. His discusting attitude had other customers looking in aw. He is unprofessional and rude..to his employees too! I recommend never going to Value Pawn!! La Familia Pawnshop is 100x better ang gave me $25 a gram! TODD is the worst manager I have ever came accross..being a professional I know scum when I see it, and that is TODD! STAY OUT!
