Dr. Gayles and his staff have been taking care of me since May 2017 when I was rear ended twice within a 2 year span (2017,2018). The care they have provided me and how they have befriended me as a person not just a patient has always made me feel comfortable and has had me want to come back for the regenerative procedures that are now offered and have helped me deal with both the pain that has been reoccurring as well as avoid further surgical interventions by allowing my body do as it was designed to do, just on a more heightened level with the introduction of stem cells, PRP, exosomes. It has been an awesome experience with this office and staff.

I have been seeing pain management for an extended period of time due to chronic pain from a devastating injury.

They take their time to understand your issues on each visit, they explain next steps to be taken the what why and expected outcomes.
Still in pain this will never change but I finally have a medical partner in my treatment.
