purchased a emerald cut diamond with baquettes on the side, cost me over 2,000, two years ago, so I was having some money issues, and I understood that they bought diamonds and gold, silver, etc., bring the ring to them, and they offered me $200. for the same ring, I purchased from them, their excuse is that it's hard to sell fancy cut diamonds, needless to say I totally felt ripped off, and didn't make the exchange. I had purchased other pieces from them, which just goes to prove, I understand companies have to make money, but this is riduculous. Never, ever again.
