Provided by YPmobileGO HERE. This place is AWESOME. My sister has had 3 faulty Kate Spade watches, but we live in NC, so no Kate Spade stores nearby. She's also struggled to find a good place in Nashville to even replace the batteries bc the watches are apparently finicky. A guy at the Kate Spade store at Millennia told us to take her latest watch here. The battery was starting and stopping and there was condensation inside the face. In less than 30 minutes he had opened up the watch, dried out the water, replaced the battery, and diagnosed all the problems. He explained that the mechanism that clicks the little date/time change knob/dial into the watch is normally a piece of metal that locks it securely into place, but the kate spade watches just have a piece of plastic. He explained how we could handle the watch to try to reduce the moisture inside in the future, and also looked up their franchises in Tennessee, where my sister goes to college. He knew the owner of the store in Franklin, near Nashville where she's in school, amd said he was a really nice guy and should be able to help her in the future if she had any more trouble. We are so relieved, amd would have gladly mailed her watch down here the next time it needed servicing, but luckily he was able to give us another recommendation nearby. Amazing craftsmanship AND customer service - hard to find these days!!!

Provided by YPmobileONE OF THE WORST WATCH AND JEWLTY REPAIR PLACES I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WIRH! PERIOD.
Went in for a simple battery replacement, $25.00 later and a month worth of headaches and back and forth and not knowing where my watch was they preformed a "cleaning of the movement" which I didn't ask for and tried to charge me for. I then had to ship my Bulova watch to Bulova and come to find out the ruined a $800 watch and refuse to even discuss it. He put in the wrong type of battery for my watch, ruined parts on the inside, scratched the back face of my watch trying to remove the back, and more. I've been hung up on when called, threatened to have the cops called on me when I visit the store. They are the rudest, most unprofessional businesses I've ever been to all just to try and make a quick buck. I'm sure many people fall for their SCAM of doing stuff that customers ask for, but not me and not you after reading this. IF YOUR WATCH OR JEWLRY IS WORTH MORE THEN $5 GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND TIME.
