I called and asked if they did individual eyelash extension. Because I had been burned before I patiently went through the process of explaining not the three prong lashes, but individual one by one. Again, they said they did. I asked for a price, they said $25. I knew that could not be right so I went through the whole, no not three prong, but one by one. I was quoted $80 which sounded about right. I asked if there would be anyone there to do them at a certain day and time. I got a yes. Well, guess what? I go in, they take off the lashes I had on before telling me they did not have the right kind of glue for the individual lashes. However, I was in luck because they could do the three prong lashes. This woman had the audacity to insist on them. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!! The customer not only is wrong, but apparently, too stupid to know what they really need. I walked out.
