Dry Clean Super Store

Good evening, I dropped off my items with the understanding that they required paint to be removed (its written on the ticket). I returned to find that instead, the items were dry cleaned and the paint was still in them. The gentlemen offered to dry clean them once more and again, I pointed out the fact that this procedure did not work. Finally, he agreed to remove the paint but by then, I was too agitated and no longer trusted that he would do a good job. I paid and left! I hope the next customer was treated well!
