The best pizza in Nashville, and everything else is good too!

Joey's is the best pizza. I go to a private school and teachers go to Joey's during their lunch break. Joey's is a perfect example of the real Italian, New York style pizza. Thanks, Joey!

Joey's may have the New York attitude and ambiance when it comes to a pizzeria, but it doesn't have the taste. Alot of flash and little flavor.

Anybody who rates Papa Johns ahead of Joeys Pizza is crazy. I am originally from the Northeast and I am 100% Italian. Believe me, I know what good pizza is and its Joeys pizza. The crust is perfection, the sauce is so fresh and the toppings..... the generous toppings could be a meal in themselves, so delicious. Everything they offer is out of this world. Since I moved down south I hadn't had a good slice of pizza until Joeys.

They have fast, friendly service with awesome New York Style Pizza.

Best Italian Food in the city!! Great Pizza, Calzone, Ziti, Spaghetti, Lasagna...you name it!

Eating at Joeys is like traveling to Little Italy in New York for a slice. Perfect taste! Perfect crust! Perfect people!

You want some verbal abuse to go with that pizza?
Maybe for christmas I'll buy them a book on hospitality. Damn!! what a strange experience.

The pizza is not bad, but the attitudes are.

I've eaten at all the Nashville-area pizza places, and Joey's is without a doubt the freshest, tastiest and all-around best and most authentic New York-style pizza, calzones, eggplant subs, etc. I should know, I was born in Brooklyn!

Best in town, in my opinion. I was in the Navy and travelled quite a bit, had pizza all over. This is some good stuff.

IF you can find it; IF you can believe a shiny Brentwood strip center could have it; you won't believe the fresh REAL Italian food.

Pizza may not be from Italy, but this Brooklyn couple has figured it out. I was truly shocked. AND you get to meet the owners. But you are not going for the entertainment.

Wonderful pizza...just like being in NY!!! Close your eyes, and you'll fell like you've taken a NY minute.

Truly, the best pizza in Nashville...if you want authentic NY pizza. For that Windy City mush, you may want to stick with Pizza Hut and their many clones. Joey's is the real deal !! The atmosphere is great, the food is stellar, and I couldn't be more pleased. I refuse....refuse....to go anywhere else.

Joey's has by far, the absolute BEST Italian food in Nashville. It is strictly Brooklyn/New York Italian with the best homemade marinara sauce ever. The pizza is wonderful and the calzones are orgasmic. Why eat at wannabe restaurants, when you can have the real thing!

Joey's has the best pizza in town. Thanks for giving us a taste what pizza should be! You owe it to yourself to enjoy what restaurant serves up!

I used to consider Joey's pizza distinguished from the rest, but it definitely has been on the decline lately. The Cool Springs' days were the best. Anyway, I can recall one recent evening when the pizza was just uncharacteristically runny, greasy, and cold. In addition, the lettuce in my salad was wilted. I couldn't believe that I was calling some squalid chain like Papa Johns because ole reliable Joeys let me down. This, unfortuantely, has been a trend.

I've eaten there many time. I'm a pizza maven. I travel 35 mile for their food. The pizza is thin and crispy. All other entrees are hot and extremely tasty. If you can endure the crowds at lunchtime, it's worth the trip and the wait. What would you expect from a displaced New Yorker?

Good pizza located downtown in the Arcade. Not spectactular but theyve got a good selection and you can buy by the slice. Seem to be open during lunch hours during the week.
