Worst dinning expiration ever had a $40 coupon That wasn't honored and when pointed out the hostess just wanted to get the last word in. Nothing in the fine states can't use it on Easter Sunday? The owners where there and didn't care or take the time come out and explain it. Then to top it all off one of the waiters was carrying a hand full of butter packets dropping them from the kitchen to the table picked them up off the floor and put them on the table OMG germs all over somebody else dinner.
Will never go back and also reporting them to www.bmorebargai

Reservations week in advanced very unorganized , one waitress for large group, she did her best but got no help or support from other staff, highly overpriced, waited 2 hrs for our meal food was good but not that good. Won't go back again. What happened it used to be a good place.
Food is excellent as is the atmosphere and worth the trip.
I recently moved to this area of Maryland, so my boyfriend and I were excited to find new places to eat out. We had heard good things about this establishment, so we checked it out. The food itself was pretty good, except I felt my chicken franchaise was a little too heavy and greasy. The part that really got me going was the treatment we received when I tried to order a beer. At the time, I had flown in from out of town for house/apartment searching, and I only ever travel with my passport unless I plan on renting a car. The waiter was hesitant to accept my valid passport, which shows me to be 25 years old, and so I requested the manager make the decision. The waiter called over someone I assume was the manager, who took a look at my passport, made a face, and said ""What is it?"" I calmly and politely told her it was my passport, a federally issued identification card that is valid for use in personal identification. She responded that she didn't know what that was, and in any case they only accept driver's licenses. It is within an establishment's rights to refuse liquor sales to whomever they wish, but I was shocked by their ignorance and inflexibility. What's worse is that the waiter was very apologetic, but from that moment on appeared to be too embarrassed to do his job, and failed to refill our water and soda or check by our table even once the entire meal. When we were obviously finished, instead of coming by to ask if we wanted dessert or the check he avoided our table like the plague. He would rush by to assist other customers, ignoring our attempts at eye contact or our audible ""sir, excuse me""s. We waited approximately 20 minutes before he finally came by, plopping the check on our table unprofessionally. I was saddened by their ignorance and inability to handle the situation with grace, especially since I really did love their homemade fresh mozzarella sticks!
Over the years, of sampling most of the extensive menu, I have settled on the Veal Sinatra, a bottle of Amarone or Barolo wine and the seafood bisque. I can recommend this combination without reservation. The waitress, Andi, provides dependable service and an understand demeanor of professional kindness.
Having read the previous reviews, I expected better than I actually found.
The bench of the booth we sat in was worn out - you'll sink into the frame. The bench had still crumbs from previous customers on it.
The house salad (side) comes in a soup dish - with every attempt to get the greens out of the bowl onto the fork you had to watch out that the stubborn green pieces of salad would not end up on the table.
Bread basket is good.
Fast service.
Food, sorry it did not impress me.
Sometimes one can recognize what actually is on the plate. I could not.
Maybe, I have to give it another try. may be.
This place has the best house italian dressing I have EVER had. The bread basket is loaded with light fluffy bread. The portions are astronomical as well as flavorful and fresh. I highly suggest the eggplant parmigiana - you gotta ask for it, it's not on the menu (stuffed eggplant is...but the parm is to die for) - it's all crispy and hot and covered in their sauce and cheese. Perfecto!
The steak and cake makes my husband happy every time we go...but the pastas, meat and chicken dishes are all fantastic.
