We just held a rehearsal dinner for 60 people for my son's wedding. People were still talking about how great it was at the reception! The set up was perfect, the selection worked well, the service was excellent!
The entire staff was pleasant, responsive, and easy to work with. The preplanning was simple and the follow-thru was right on. Sal Gentile played his wonderful music for us. Thanks for a great event!
I look forward to visiting the restuarant again and will recommend it to anyone who is planning an event!

On the cosmetic side, the restaurant is great, the staff is wonderful and service is excellent. The restaurant has charm and a nice atmosphere.
As far as the food, I was quite disappointed, not by the presentation which again was excellent, but by the food itself. Lots of items were over salted (3 out of 3 people at the table thought the same thing), not cooked right and flavorless, hence the addition of salt.
Maybe I came on the wrong day, who knows...? Yet, based solely on this visit, I would not recommend this place nor would I intend to return.

Went there last night with Valentines Day reservations - despite an unbelievable crowd, we were seated rather quickly at an awesome table. Our waiter, Marcus, was great, attentive and relaxed as always despite the busy night. We were pleasantly surprised that the prix fixe menu had so many courses and prime selections. Favorite part was the salmon entre which was huge, and the best tasting salmon I have had. We'll definitely go back.

Pricci's kept us waiting for 45 minutes with a reservation for a special occassion and then tried to seat us in the bar. I asked to speak with the manager who was indifferent.
While the food was good, it hardly qualified as a fine dining experience as the price would indicate.

Just had one of the best meals of my life - Kobi Beef ravioli, started with simple, yet tasty caesar salad - just happened to luck out by staying at the hotel across the street - and all the other meals in our foursome were outstanding (wild mushroom pizza, with fontina cheese and carmelized onions (fantastic), artichoke and spinach tortellini, and a mushroom risotto). Each of the meals had simple, yet unique tastes and textures (tried them all). Service was delightful. Wait staff could not have been more accommodating. Very reasonably priced. Makes me wish I lived in Atlanta. I have never written a review of a restaurant before.

I've been to almost all of the Buckhead Life restaurants (Kyma, Nava, ATL Fish Market, Bluepointe, Buckhead Diner, Veni Vidi Vici) and, upon finishing my meal, I could never understand what all the fuss is about with these restaurants. I was never impressed by the food or the service. Pricci changed that for me. I went there for lunch and maybe that's the difference because I had been to all the others during dinner. The server was excellent. The food - amazing. I ordered the yellow fin tuna carpaccio which melted in my mouth and the gnocci which were to die for. I plan to go there for dinner for my birthday and I hope that the dinner can live up to the amazing lunch that I had at Pricci.

I have been to all of the Buckhead Life restaurants and Pricci is by far one of the best. I agree that some of them are not all they are cracked up to be, but Pricci rocks. The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The food is wonderful from the bread and dipping sauce for it all the way to the desserts. The Boston Sole fish that is parmesean crusted is amazing, one of the best dishes I have ever had at a restaurant period. Great place for a special occasion, and they have a great wine list for every price range. I will definatley return.

I took a group of customers to Pricci's in December 2006 and loved it so much, I returned with my husband for our anniversary in October 2007. Everyone agreed it was the best food. Service is fantastic, wine selection was delightful and I'm still craving the food. I will use whatever excuse I can to return to Atlanta just to dine at this restaurant.
My first drink order, a Grey Goose and soda, was not honored by wait servers (medicinal tasting vodka + soda instead). Tanqueray choice was honored for my second drink, but not on the second round (it was snake-bite gin). I strongly counsel you to return drinks the first round if they're playing you.
The cod was unevenly cooked. Espresso was not worthy of Starbucks (maybe Nestle instant? Not even Illy, unless they made coffee two days ago and warmed it up in a microwave). Went to use the restroom and urine was steaming in the toilet it was so cold!
IWe have been to this restaurant twice and loved it both times. We have already made reservations for our yearly holiday dinner. Both times our waiters have been very good and very knowledgeable about the menu.
Before ever going to Pricci , I used to drive by and see it on Pharr Road and always wanting to eat there. After the first time I was hooked.

Had only been to Pricci once, several years ago. Great service, our server had great knowledge of the wine list. Delicious calamari and prosciutto. My veal parm was overcooked (be aware that the portion is huge and the leg is still attached) and I heard around the table that both the sea bass and halibut were subpar. Will definitely be back but will stick to pasta.

I have always liked Pricci, but don't go there often enough because my wife hates it (not sure why--it's Italian, so that might be part of it). I think it's good food and the service has always been great. I guess it just doesn't come to mind when I think about amazing restaurants in Atlanta. I was shocked to hear about someone else's complaint on here re: the treatment she and her fiance received, but that would make me also never want to return to a place. I'm sorry this happened to her. If you're going to spend this amount of $$ on dinner, I would go elsewhere.

Overall, very disappointed with the service. Firstly, even though we had reservations, we were kept waiting for 20 minutes past our reservation time. Secondly, while trying to order a drink at the bar, we had to flag down the bartender several times before receiving attention and then had to virtually beg for our bill. Thirdly, our waitress was terrible, very inattentive and rude. Never brought one drink even when reminded, and kept refilling the other, ""conviently"" forgetting to mention that each time, we were being charged. Generally, the price of the food did no where near reflect the quality of serivce we received. Pricci should pay more attention to guests under the age of 35.

The food was better than good, though not very authentic Italian the chef clearly went out of his/her way for us. We practically had to 'make our own pasta' because I'm vegetarian & even though this is one of the more vegetarian-friendly places in Atlanta they didn't have what we wanted. They bent over backwards to accomodate all our special requests. The service was SO GREAT and attentive, customized food to wine recommendations that really made sense. Our waitress for the evening was truly the best I've seen in a long, long time. The place and the decor were charming - we loved it and i'll definitely be back.

Unlike some of the other reviews, I found my experience at Pricci to be average at best. It took over half an hour to be seated with a reservation and the service was nothing spectacular. The food was good, but not worth the price tag. I don't expect to be back any time soon.

My experience at Pricci was one of extreme attentiveness and luxurious decadence. I called in advance to make a reservation, and told the Maitre'd that I was bringing my mother with me for her birthday, after which I was assured it would be a memorable experience.
Fast forward two weeks. From the moment we stepped through the door into the eclectic yet cohesively decorated restaurant, the Maitre'd recogized our reservation without us even having to give a name. We were promptly seated and received a medley of appetizers. As everyone has said here, the marinara and goat cheese was absolutely to die for. As a wine enthusiast, I have to say that Pricci's wine list is extensive and appropriate for the cuisine. They carry several obscure wines from small vinters, and it was at Pricci's that I can safely say I enjoyed the finest Merlot I've ever had.
But I digress, this review is not about the food (though from the appetizers to the immaculately decorated dessert my mother received in honor of her birthday were all exquisite), it is about the service. Our server was very knowledgable about the menu, if a little soft-spoken, but what truly amazed me was the extensive service we received from the Maitre'd (who served us our entrees and desserts), the Manager (who came to introduce himself as he served our appetizers) and the Head Chef, who made it a point to stop by and wish my mother a happy birthday.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates a fine dining experience in a relaxed, yet refined atmosphere. Oh, and of course, there's the excellent food if all the other reasons don't quite entice you.
