The training was excellent! Heritage is such a top notch professional management company, and I am so glad that Cannon Gate has your services. Also, we were able to pick up a couple of training manuals for Kay and Tom. It was very informative and beneficial, and the trainers had a lot of property management experience which they passed on to us.

For the first time, I can say that our management company is awesome. Teresa, the amount of emails that you respond to is admirable. Thank you. Tell Gavin that for me. Actually forward this to him. I wanted to let you know how wonderful Kristan Collins is, she has been a huge source of help for me. Kristan is caring and professional and I really appreciate her efforts in helping me with my home owner's association at Willows Condominiums.

We had our Annual BOD Meeting last evening with Lee """"presiding"""" on our behalf and it was an outstanding meeting thanks to Lee.
To often people are eager to complain and to often late to give praise......Lee is due praise from the BOD of Myers Park. He is what we needed and thanks to you, assigning him to us, we are now a much more effective BOD. Everyone in attendance last evening could not believe what a difference a competent Property Mgr makes........our thanks again.

Our property manager doesn't do anything. He always says he is so busy and doesn't have time to do anything. He is rude, condescending, and incompetent. Treats homeowners like crap. I loathe him...not sure what he is actually doing. They need serious customer service training. Simple courtesy...we pay your salary.

I am a new owner at The Willows and have had occasion to call on Kristan Collins for help. She was so welcoming, accommodating and helpful. My situation is now taken care of. I also spoke with Warren regarding my need for a key to the fitness center. He had one delivered to me in a matter of hours. As a new owner at The Willows these encounters have made me confident that any problems will be given just and swift attention.

Joy has done an exceptional job getting a handle on our leasing program and obtaining copies of everyone’s lease.

I rented from Heritage for 2 1/2 years. I found them to be professional, courteous, kind, and very helpful. If I had a maintenance request it was taken care of immediately. I needed to break my lease and they found a replacement for me. I enjoyed coming into the office because the staff was fun. When I left I received all of my security deposit back. They are the only company I recommend to anyone.
